I have notice from Senator Denis O'Donovan that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport to outline the future of the Bantry Harbour Board, to confirm that there are no plans to amalgamate the Bantry Port Authority with that of Cork Port and if he will advise if there is any proposals to amend the jurisdiction of the Bantry Harbour Board geographical area as currently stands.

I have also received notice from Senator Jim Walsh of the following matter:

The need for the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade to advise if he would be disposed to re-opening the embassy to the Vatican on a co-location basis, with Villa Spada suitably sub-divided, including separate access, address, etc., and if the Government is so prepared, whether this information has been conveyed to the Holy See.

I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
