I move No. 2a:
(1) That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, unless the Seanad shall otherwise order, the following arrangements shall apply in relation to the sittings of the Seanad on Monday, 28 November 2011:
(a) matters may not be raised under the provisions of Standing Order 29 or 30; and
(b) there shall be no Order of Business.
(2) The proceedings on Report and Final Stages of the Water Services (Amendment) Bill 2011 shall, if not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion at 8 p.m. by one question, which shall be put from the Chair, and which shall, in relation to amendments, include only those set down or accepted by the Government."
