I move:

That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, the following arrangements shall apply in relation to the Finance Bill 2011:

Part 2 (sections 42 to 54)12.30 p.m.

Part 3 (sections 55 to 61)1.30 p.m.

Part 4 (sections 62 to 66)2.30 p.m.

Part 5 (sections 67 to 70)3.30 p.m.

Part 6 (sections 71 - 84), Schedules 1 to 3 and the Title4.30 p.m.

and where proceedings have not concluded by the stated time, they shall be brought to a conclusion by one Question, which shall be put from the Chair, and which shall, in relation to recommendations, include only those set down or accepted by the Government.

(2) The proceedings on Report and Final Stages shall (if not previously concluded) be brought to a conclusion at 6.45 p.m. by one question, which shall be put from the Chair, and which shall, in relation to recommendations, include only those set down or accepted by the Government."
