I move:

That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, unless the Seanad shall otherwise order, the following arrangements shall apply in relation to the sittings of the Seanad on 29th January 2011:

(a) matters may not be raised under the provisions of Standing Order 29 or 30; and

(b) there shall be no Order of Business.
