I propose an amendment to the Order of Business: that the motion regarding the Credit Institutions (Eligible Liabilities Guarantee) (Amendment) Scheme 2010 be taken now and conclude not later than 10 p.m. Spokespersons may speak for ten minutes and all other Senators for seven minutes, and Senators may share time by agreement of the House. The Minister shall be called upon ten minutes from the conclusion of the debate for closing comments.
