I have received notice from Senator Cecilia Keaveney that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, she proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform to co-ordinate the building and renovation of Garda stations, given the inputs of the OPW, his Department and the Garda Síochána, as in the case of Carndonagh Garda station, County Donegal.

I have also received notice from Senator Brian Ó Domhnaill of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Health and Children to provide approval to allow the Glenties primary care centre to proceed to tender immediately.

I have also received notice from Senator Feargal Quinn of the following matter:

The need for the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment to outline the plans she is putting in place to address the financial problems which will arise for smaller ports in Ireland as a result of the United States' proposal that 100% of imports into the United States be first scanned in the exporting country.

I regard the matters raised by Senators Keaveney and Ó Domhnaill as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business. I regret that I have had to rule out of order the matter raised by Senator Quinn, as the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment has no official responsibility in the matter.
