I have received notice from Senator Shane Ross that he proposes to raise the following matter on the Adjournment:

The need for the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government to outline whether he has received a request from DĂșn Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council regarding the strategic development zone in Cherrywood and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I have also received notice from Senator John Paul Phelan of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Health and Children to recognise fibromyalgia as a long-term illness for the Health Service Executive and the Department of Social and Family Affairs purposes and to take action on raising awareness, facilitating research and improving access to diagnosis and treatment for sufferers.

I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
