I have notice from Senator Morrissey that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Transport to outline his plans for the future development of Dublin Port and Dublin Bay and to clarify whether it is his policy to allow for the infill of a further 52 acres of Dublin Bay to meet future capacity port requirements.

I have also received notice from Senator Finucane of the following matter:

Following the closure of Castlemahon Food Products due to liquidation, the need for the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment to improve the payment of two week's statutory redundancy by paying the 40% rebate that accrues to the State as a top-up payment to the workers.

I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
