I have received notice from Senator Fergal Browne that he proposes to raise the following matter on the Adjournment:

The need for the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform to outline the reason for the delay in the vetting of home help, that home care personnel are subjected to by the Garda Síochána.

I regard the matter raised by the Senator as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and it will be taken at the conclusion of business.
