Before I call the next speaker I am sure that Members of the House will wish to join with me in welcoming a parliamentary delegation from the Kenyan National Assembly, led by the Honourable Mr. David Musila, MP, Deputy Speaker of the Assembly, who are in the Distinguished Visitors Gallery.
