I have received notice from Senator Mansergh that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The urgent need for the Minister for Education and Science to provide essential improvements for health and safety reasons to Upper Newtown national school, Carrick-on-Suir, County Tipperary, in next year's programme.

I have also received notice from Senator Finucane of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education and Science to outline when tender approval will be given for Gaelscoil Ó Doghair in Newcastlewest, County Limerick.

I have also received notice from Senator Bannon of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Health and Children to make a statement on the impasse over the payment of a €65 fee to GPs for completion of a medical certificate for a disabled person's grant in the Midland Health Board region.

I have also received notice from Senator Morrissey of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform to make a comprehensive statement on the inordinate delay in assessing the application for funding by Treasure Tots nursery, Le Fanu Road, Ballyfermot, Dublin 10.

I regard the matters raised by Senators Mansergh, Finucane and Bannon as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business. Senator Morrisey's matter is out of order as it is a repetition of a similar matter taken on 16 October this year.
