On a point of order, we cannot agree to one hour and 30 minutes for a Second Stage debate. There will be many Senators who will want to speak on one of the most important Bills to come through this Seanad. The time allocated is grossly inadequate given that we have not had enough time to properly scrutinise the Bill. To tell Senators that some Members will be prevented from even having their say-----
