I move:

That notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders that all Stages of No. 2a on the supplementary Order Paper, Irish Bank Resolution Corporation Bill 2013, be taken today and the following arrangements will apply: the proceedings on Second Stage shall be brought to a conclusion after one hour and 30 minutes; the contribution of each group spokesperson on Second Stage shall not exceed eight minutes, every other Senator shall not exceed five minutes, the Minister?s reply shall not exceed ten minutes; the proceedings on Committee and Remaining Stages shall, if not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion after 15 minutes by one question which shall be put from the Chair and which shall in relation to amendments include only those set down or accepted by the Government; No. 2b, an earlier signature motion, shall be taken without debate on the conclusion of No. 2a.
