Before I call the Leader on the Order of Business, I remind Senators of the terms of the resolution made by the House last Wednesday week. It states that the Leader must be called to reply to the Order of Business not more than 30 minutes after the business is proposed. This means Senators must be brief in their contributions so that the Chair may call all Senators offering.
