Is anyone intending to offer on amendment No. 1 or the amendments grouped with it? The Government Whip is here, and we could proceed. We are awaiting the arrival of the Minister of State at the Department of Justice. Is Deputy Howlin offering?

No amendments are tabled by this House. There are amendments accepted by the Minister in the Seanad. I do not believe anybody here would have difficulties with any of them.
