I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Darren O'Rourke - the urgent need to improve the customer service provided by telecommunications and utility companies; (2) Deputies Steven Matthews and Brendan Griffin - a Covid-19 outbreak in a Kerry nursing home and measures to minimise any further risks to patients, staff and wider community; (3) Deputy Pádraig O'Sullivan - a HSE allowance to cover additional waste disposal costs incurred due to disability; (4) Deputy Maurice Quinlivan - the issue of compensation for victims of child sexual abuse in day schools; (5) Deputy Marian Harkin - the sustainability of the post office network; (6) Deputy Cathal Crowe - what level of State support is currently in place for children with autism; (7) Deputy Michael McNamara - withdrawal of mortgage approval at final drawdown due to applicants being in receipt of PUP payment; (8) Deputy Aodhán Ó Ríordáin - the scarcity of second-level school places in north Dublin owing to schools reducing intake to enable social distancing; (9) Deputy Richard Bruton - the benefits of mixed housing on public lands, which is key to the potential of the Land Development Agency; (10) Deputy Chris Andrews - the urgent need for vital surgery for patients on waiting lists for scoliosis surgery; (11) Deputies Sean Sherlock and Pat Buckley - the need to retain service levels at SouthDoc Fermoy-Mitchelstown in east County Cork; (12) Deputy Joe McHugh - the acceptance of the certificate of professional competence accredited in England instead of making drivers sit a new driving test; (13) Deputy Holly Cairns - the need to address cases of image-based sexual abuse; (14) Deputy Kieran O'Donnell - a progress report on the Coonagh to Knockalisheen distributor road scheme, Limerick; (15) Deputy Matt Carthy - plans to ensure the opening of the group home in Carrickmacross for people with physical and sensory disabilities; (16) Deputy Michael Ring - the relocation of a school in County Mayo; (17) Deputy Martin Browne - the refusal to engage with front-line paramedic ambulance personnel who demand their right to be represented by the Psychiatric Nurses Association, PNA, as the union of their choice; (18) Deputy Bernard J. Durkan - the refusal by an investment fund to respond to submissions made on behalf of a borrower who experienced bereavement; (19) Deputies Mattie McGrath, Michael Collins and Danny Healy-Rae - the future of the EU cross-border directive; (20) Deputies Bríd Smith and Paul Murphy - on UN day for the elimination of violence against women, to discuss a Women's Aid report and a TCD-Maynooth University study on sexual violence; (21) Deputy Gino Kenny - the conditions of workers in meat plants and access to sick pay in light of today's MRCI report; (22) Deputy Aindrias Moynihan - the ongoing difficulties people across mid-Cork are having in getting high-speed broadband services to their homes; (23) Deputy Louise O'Reilly - misinformation leaflets on Covid-19 being distributed in some areas of north county Dublin; (24) Deputy Peadar Tóibín - the practice of foetal diagnostic testing in Ireland; (25) Deputy Martin Kenny - the involvement of An Garda Síochána in a joint EU-funded research project called ROXANNE; (26) Deputy Verona Murphy - why HSE allowances for wigs and hairpieces differ depending on where you live in Ireland; (27) Deputy Kathleen Funchion - the recently launched "Project Carlow 2040: A Vision for Regeneration"; and (28) Deputy Richard Boyd Barrett - the working conditions and traumas faced by online control moderators.
