I move:

That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves the following Order in draft: Universities Act 1997 (section 54(3)) (University Authorisation) Order 2019, copies of which have been laid in draft form before Dáil Éireann on 19th November, 2019, be referred to the Joint Committee on Education and Skills, in accordance with Standing Order 84A(4)(k), which, not later than 10th December, 2019, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 90, and Standing Order 89(2) shall accordingly apply.
