Civil Registration Bill 2019: Instruction to Committee

I move:

That, pursuant to Standing Order 154, it shall be an instruction to the Committee to which the Civil Registration Bill 2019 may be recommitted in respect of certain amendments to provide that the Committee has power to make provision in the Bill in relation to section 27 of the Children and

Family Relationships Act 2015 for the issuance of certificates by donor-assisted human reproduction facilities in certain circumstances, and to change the title of the Bill and make other consequential amendments required to take account of these changes.
