Deputies are familiar with Standing Order 138 which states that any interventions should be very brief. If anyone wishes to make an intervention it should be very brief. It is not Second Stage, Committee Stage or Report Stage so we will keep with custom and practice. No one wishes to make a contribution. The Bill will be sent to the Seanad.
