It is proposed that, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders or the resolution of Tuesday, 4 December, in the event that Report and Final Stages of the Health (Regulation of Termination of Pregnancy) Bill 2018 are not concluded by 11 p.m. tonight, the Dáil shall sit later than 11 p.m. and shall adjourn on the conclusion of the Bill or at 12 midnight, whichever is the earlier. If the Bill has concluded by 11 p.m., the Dáil shall adjourn not later than 11 p.m.
