That Dáil Éireann approves the terms of the Enhanced Partnership and Cooperation Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Kazakhstan, of the other part, signed at Astana on 21st December, 2015, a copy of which was laid before Dáil Éireann on 6th July, 2018.

I must now deal with a postponed division relating to the motion regarding proposed approval by Dáil Éireann of the terms of the enhanced partnership and co-operation agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Kazakhstan. On Tuesday, 6 November, on the question that the motion be agreed to, a division was claimed and in accordance with Standing Order 70(2), that division must be taken now.
