I must now deal with a postponed division relating to the motion regarding proposed approval by Dáil Éireann of the terms of the enhanced partnership and co-operation agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Kazakhstan. On Tuesday, 6 November, on the question that the motion be agreed to, a division was claimed and in accordance with Standing Order 70(2), that division must be taken now.
