I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 27A and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Shane Ross - the reason for the votes of the Minister for Finance in favour of all board resolutions at the recent AIB and Bank of Ireland AGMs; (2) Deputy Michael Fitzmaurice - the state of mental health services in the Roscommon-Galway region; (3) Deputy Brian Stanley - actions planned to ensure the HSE acts on the findings of the HIQA report into Portlaoise Hospital, County Laois; (4) Deputy Terence Flanagan - the need to reduce the burden of child care costs; (5) Deputy Martin Heydon - reports that the availability of rental properties in Kildare is at an all time low; (6) Deputy Timmy Dooley - the need to address accommodation needs of the Gaelscoil in Kilrush, County Clare; (7) Deputy Michael McCarthy - the need for negotiations with the owner of the Lusitaniaregarding licence conditions preventing the exploration of this archaeological site; (8) Deputy Paul J. Connaughton - the need to reinstate the drug Fampyra for multiple sclerosis sufferers; (9) Deputy Willie Penrose - the need for approval for a secondary school for Kinnegad, County Westmeath; (10) Deputy Pat Rabbitte - the imminent closure of the women and children's refuge at Cuan Alainn, Cookstown Way, Dublin 24; (11) Deputy Patrick O'Donovan - the need to invest in the proposed Limerick to Cork M20 motorway; (12) Deputy Denis Naughten - the need to reinstate funding to Roscommon Safe Link, Boyle, County Roscommon; (13) Deputy Lucinda Creighton - the miscarriage of justice suffered by Harry Gleeson, who was executed in 1941; (14) Deputy Billy Timmins - the method used to select areas in County Wicklow for social housing development; (15) Deputy Mick Wallace - calls at the GRA conference for greater repressive apparatus to be issued to them and the implications for human rights based policing; (16) Deputy Clare Daly - concerns raised at the GRA conference, with particular reference to calls for access to greater repressive apparatus and the implications for the development of a modern police service; (17) Deputy Mattie McGrath - the reason for the reduction in funding to the Accord pre-marriage course and implications of its impact; (18) Deputy Thomas Pringle - the need for a new school building for St. Mary's national school, Stranorlar, County Donegal; (19) Deputy Noel Coonan - the need to introduce a mechanism to allow leaving certificate students repeat exams in certain exceptional circumstances, such as health reasons; (20)Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin - the recent death of another new born child in Cavan General Hospital and the status of the investigation into the death of another baby; (21) Deputy Dessie Ellis - the potential effects of privatisation of public transport services; (22) Deputy Richard Boyd Barrett - the proposed cruise berth for Dún Laoghaire Harbour, County Dublin; and (23) Deputy Robert Troy - the need to support and maintain Custume Barracks, Athlone, County Westmeath.

The matters raised by Deputies Shane Ross, Pat Rabbitte, Paul J. Connaughton and Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin have been selected for discussion.
