I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 27A and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Terence Flanagan - the processing of medical card applications in the primary care reimbursement service; (2) Deputy Michael Lowry - the need for intervention to secure a replacement industry for the Lisheen mine site, County Tipperary; (3) Deputy Pádraig Mac Lochlainn - the need to restore the free bus pass allowance on the Buncrana, County Donegal to Derry city bus route for elderly and disabled citizens; (4) Deputy Catherine Murphy - resources and funding at Naas General Hospital; (5) Deputy Sean Fleming - the funding of the school meals local project scheme in Scoil Bhríde, Portlaoise, County Laois; (6) Deputy Seán Kyne - the plans for the Garda presence in Galway and the western division arising from reports concerning the future of Salthill Garda station; (7) Deputy Anthony Lawlor - staffing issues at Naas General Hospital; (8) Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin - the need to extend or remove the 20-day timeframe for the return of applications and support documentation to Ms Justice Maureen Harding Clarke regarding the redress scheme for symphysiotomy survivors; (9) Deputy Martin Ferris - the future status of Lenamore school, Ballylongford, County Kerry; (10) Deputy Martin Heydon - staffing issues at Naas General Hospital; (11) Deputies John Perry and Michael Colreavy - the financial difficulties of Sligo County Council; (12) Deputy Ciara Conway - the need for more balanced Health Service Executive support for voluntary hospice and palliative care providers; (13) Deputy Dara Calleary - the need for extra resources to be given to the State Laboratory in order to expedite its investigations into alleged petrol-stretching incidents; (14) Deputy Lucinda Creighton - the deteriorating tax environment for productive investment in small and medium sized enterprises; (15) Deputy Seán Kenny - the situation at Cappagh Hospital regarding the opening of operating theatres; (16) Deputy Clare Daly - the Garda Inspectorate report regarding handling of crime; (17) Deputy Thomas Pringle - the need to provide fixed-line broadband on Aranmore Island, County Donegal under the national broadband plan; (18) Deputy Billy Kelleher - the need to address concerns over proposals for the National Centre for Medical Genetics; (19) Deputy Dessie Ellis - the need to protect tenants from losing their home in the case of sale, repossession or receivership proceedings on the house they are renting; (20) Deputy Mick Wallace - IBRC's €105 million write-down linked to the sale of Siteserv; (21) Deputy Peter Mathews - the need to intervene to secure deferred pensions for members of the Irish Airlines Superannuation Scheme; (22) Deputy Charlie McConalogue - the latest developments with regard to junior cycle reforms; (23) Deputy Róisín Shortall - the need to update regulations under the misuse of drugs legislation to curb the open street trading of benzodiazepines and Z-drugs; (24) Deputy Paul Murphy - the plans for the commemoration of the 1916 Rising; and (25) Deputy Joe Costello - the need to ensure that the new Central Bank rules for 20% mortgage deposits are amended.

The matters raised by Deputies John Perry and Michael Colreavy, Pádraig Mac Lochlainn, Ciara Conway and Dara Calleary have been selected for discussion.
