It is proposed, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, that tomorrow's business, after oral questions, shall be a motion re the nomination of a member of the Government and the following arrangements shall apply: the speeches of the Taoiseach, the Tánaiste and the leaders of the Fianna Fáil Party, Sinn Féin and the Technical Group or a person nominated in their stead, who shall be called upon in that order, shall not exceed ten minutes in each case, and Members may share time.
