I move:
That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to amend the provisions of the Valuation Act 2001 to provide for the introduction of a property valuation self-assessment mechanism, an ability to pay clause and related matters including the abolition of liability on a subsequent occupier to pay property rates incurred by a previous occupier.
