I move:

That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves the following Regulations in draft:

The Planning and Development (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2011,

copies of which have been laid in draft form before Dáil Éireann on 23rd June, 2011, be referred to the Joint Committee on Environment, Transport, Culture and the Gaeltacht, in accordance with Standing Order 82A(3), which, not later than 20th July, 2011, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 87, and Standing Order 86(2) shall accordingly apply.
