I have received from Deputy Alan Shatter, who was suspended from the service of the Dáil on Thursday, 18 November, for disregarding the authority of the Chair, a written and approved expression of regret. In accordance with Standing Orders I move that the order of the Dáil of 18 November suspending Deputy Alan Shatter from the service of the Dáil be discharged. Is that agreed? Agreed.
