I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Christy O'Sullivan - the position regarding flood relief proposals for Skibbereen, County Cork; (2) Deputy Pádraic McCormack - the threat to the oyster industry on the west coast of Galway; (3) Deputies Mattie McGrath and Joe Costello - the need to ensure medical card patients can access their care and medication and the need to improve the system for medical card applications; (4) Deputy Thomas P. Broughan - funding for the Northside Community Law Centre in Dublin 17; and (5) Deputy Terence Flanagan - the issue of defects in the foundations of people's homes in the Dublin, Meath and Kildare areas and the need for the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government to set up a taskforce.

The matters raised by Deputies Christy O'Sullivan, Mattie McGrath and Joe Costello, Thomas P. Broughan and Pádraic McCormack have been selected for discussion.
