I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Michael McGrath - the development of a new school building for Scoil Iósaf Naofa, Ballintemple, Blackrock Road, Cork; (2) Deputy Terence Flanagan - the lease on the land used by Howth Sea Scouts, County Dublin; (3) Deputy Eamon Scanlon - the retention of cancer services at Sligo General Hospital; (4) Deputy Noel J. Coonan - the proposed abolition of Tipperary Institute of Education; (5) Deputy Deirdre Clune - the need to review the law on sexual offences; (6) Deputy James Bannon - the issuing of appointments for consultants at the Midlands Regional Hospital, Mullingar, County Westmeath; (7) Deputy John O'Mahony - the provision of funding for Mayo Abbey national school, County Mayo; (8) Deputy James Reilly - the provision of funding in respect of a site for a second level school in Lusk, County Dublin; (9) Deputy Jimmy Deenihan - the serious risk to children's health and safety because of the appalling conditions at St. Brendan's national school, Blennerville, County Kerry; (10) Deputy Martin Ferris - the rural transport scheme in County Kerry; (11) Deputy Charles Flanagan - the need for additional resources and new measures to address tiger kidnappings; (12) Deputy Jack Wall - the provision of school transport for children from Narraghmore, County Kildare; and (13) Deputy Lucinda Creighton - the issuing of the report into corporate governance at the Dublin Docklands Development Authority.

The matters raised by Deputies Charles Flanagan, Terence Flanagan, Michael McGrath and Jack Wall have been selected for discussion.
