I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy James Reilly - the need for remedial safety works to be undertaken at Ward Cross, County Dublin; (2) Deputy Martin Ferris - the threatened closure of Ballyloughran Activity Centre, Lisselton, County Kerry; (3) Deputy Joe Costello - the provision of a permanent school building for Gael Scoil Bharra, Cabra, Dublin 7; (4) Deputy James Bannon - the issuing of appointments for consultants at the Midlands Regional Hospital, Mullingar, County Westmeath; (5) Deputy Jimmy Deenihan - the imminent closure of Ballyloughran Sports and Leisure Centre, Lisselton, County Kerry, with the loss of 28 jobs and the withdrawal of state-of-the-art leisure and sporting facilities from the local community; (6) Deputy Lucinda Creighton - the safe and secure custody of prisoners at Mountjoy Prison, Dublin; (7) Deputy Mary Upton - the maintaining of facilities and services at Our Lady's Hospital for Sick Children in Crumlin, Dublin; (8) Deputy Liz McManus - the proposed closure of Independent Network News and the implications for the workers and for local radio stations; (9) Deputy Chris Andrews - the need to promote Georgian Dublin and have it designated as a UNESCO Heritage Site; (10) Deputy Mattie McGrath - the acquisition of a new site in respect of Gaelscoil Cluain Meala, County Tipperary; (11) Deputy Dan Neville - the high level of suicide during times of recession and high unemployment; (12) Deputy Mary Alexandra White - the rate of bee mortality; (13) Deputy Alan Shatter - the implementation of the recommendations contained in the HSE Report on Services for People with Cystic Fibrosis; and (14) Deputy Frank Feighan - the measures in place to enforce the delivery of lending commitments by banks to small businesses.

The matters raised by Deputies Feighan, Neville, White and Mattie McGrath have been selected for discussion.
