Before coming to the Order of Business I propose to deal with a notice received under Standing Order 32. I call on Deputy James Bannon.

Further to the issue we have been discussing, I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to raise a matter of national importance; namely, the refusal by the Taoiseach to publish a climate change Bill prior to the Copenhagen Summit on the grounds that the Government has other legislative commitments, but following the pattern of failure by the Fianna Fáil-Green Party Government to address satisfactorily the issue of our environmental obligations.

Having considered the matter raised, I do not consider it to be in order under Standing Order 32.
