I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to raise a matter of national importance, namely, the risk to 500 jobs at Bord na Móna plants, which are due to close for repairs over the next two years at Lanesboro and Shannonbridge. Such a loss of vital jobs would be a devastating blow to the sector and to the local economy.

Having considered the matter raised it is not in order under Standing Order 32.
