I move:
That notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, or the Order of the Dáil of this day, the proceedings on the resumed debate on No. 21 shall, if not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion at 10 p.m. tonight and the following arrangements shall apply:
(1) The speeches of each other Member called upon shall not exceed ten minutes in each case;
(2) Members may share time;
(3) Standing Order 47 shall not apply in relation to Members who have spoken previously in the debate;
(4) A Minister or Minister of State shall be called upon to make a speech in reply, which shall not exceed ten minutes;
(5) A Minister or Minister of State shall take questions for a period not exceeding 30 minutes immediately thereafter.

Could that be distributed?

It may. For clarity, it means the Minister will be called at 9.20 p.m., with ten minutes to reply, and then there will be 30 minutes of questions and answers, to conclude at 10 p.m. Copies will now be circulated to Members.

Those who spoke may still pose questions.

Members may speak again. Standing Order 47 does not apply and Members who are present will be called. Is that agreed? Agreed.
