Maritime Agreement: Referral to Select Committee

I move:

That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves the terms of the Agreement between Ireland, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Kingdom of Spain, the Italian Republic, the Portuguese Republic, the French Republic and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland establishing a Maritime Analysis and Operations Centre-Narcotics which was signed in Lisbon on 30th September, 2007, and a copy of which was laid before Dáil Éireann on 7th March, 2008, be referred to the Select Committee on Justice, Equality, Defence and Women's Rights, in accordance with paragraph (1) of the Orders of Reference of that Committee, which, not later than 5th June, 2008, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 87, and Standing Order 86(2) shall accordingly apply.
