Before proceeding with the business of the House, I wish on my own behalf and that of the Members of Dáil Éireann to offer a céad míle fáilte, a most sincere welcome, to a parliamentary delegation from the Northern Ireland Assembly. I express the hope that members of the delegation will find their visit enjoyable and successful and that it will be to our mutual benefit.
