That Dáil Éireann approves the terms of the Agreement between the Government of Ireland and the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China concerning the Surrender of Fugitive Offenders, a copy of which was laid before Dáil Éireann on 5th October, 2007.
