I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Tom Hayes — to confirm when the Abbey school will receive its long awaited funding for a PE hall; (2) Deputy Chris Andrews — the need for dialogue between the HSE and the Irish Pharmaceutical Union on the new policy for the pricing of drugs; (3) Deputy James Bannon — to outline what, if any, plans are in place for a cohesive policy to expedite the development of slurry generated electricity; (4) Deputy Seán Barrett — the need to discuss the findings of a recent report on St. Michael's Hospital, Dún Laoghaire; (5) Deputy Leo Varadkar — the action of President Pervez Musharraf in imposing martial law and suspending civil liberties; (6) Deputy Michael Ring — the position with the construction of a new premises for a gaelscoil in County Mayo; (7) Deputy Joe Costello — to enact the Judicial Council Bill without delay; (8) Deputy Olwyn Enright — to outline to the House all the information to date on the misdiagnosis of several women who had mammograms and biopsies at Midlands Regional Hospital, Portlaoise, County Laois; and (9) Deputy Dan Neville — when funding will be provided for the Adare bypass.
