I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Chris Andrews — the need to improve access to legal aid for the relatives of loved ones who have been murdered while abroad; (2) Deputy Joan Burton — to discuss the recent turmoil in the financial markets and the protection of savers and depositors investments in banks experiencing financial difficulties; (3) Deputy Tommy Broughan — the need to establish a ministerial task force to carry out a traceability audit of all building sites allegedly supplied with defective stone infill by a quarry group; (4) Deputy Deirdre Clune — the need to ensure the new National Childcare Investment Programme Community Childcare Subvention Scheme 2008-2010 addresses the needs of working parents on low income; (5) Deputy James Reilly — the current shortage of facilities and funding for cystic fibrosis sufferers in Ireland; (6) Deputy Ulick Burke — to ask the Minister for Education and Science to acknowledge the concessions granted by the trustees of Seamount College, Kinvara, and to proceed immediately to acquire a site and commence construction of a new school on the site, in view of the fact that there was a first year intake of students in September this year; (7) Deputy Fergus O'Dowd — the loss of 256 jobs at a company in County Louth.
