I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Neville — the position regarding Athea national school; (2) Deputy Deenihan — the unacceptable delays in providing psychological assessment of children with mental health problems in County Kerry; (3) Deputies Ring, Cowley and Cooper-Flynn — the need for funding for the recent flood victims in County Mayo; (4) Deputy Ferris — the need to regulate the sending of unsolicited premium rate text messages by mobile phone operators; (5) Deputy Jim O'Keeffe — the need to attend to the difficulties being experienced at three schools (details supplied) in Clonakilty, County Cork; (6) Deputy Crawford — the urgent need for the provision of physiotherapy in the south Monaghan region; (7) Deputy Moynihan-Cronin — the ownership of the lands attached to St. Finan's Psychiatric Hospital in Killarney when the hospital is closed; (8) Deputy Pat Breen — the need to appoint an expert group to fast track the selection process and the installation of a permanent water filtration system plan for Ennis, County Clare; (9) Deputy Fiona O'Malley — to discuss the development of sexual assault treatment units throughout the country; and (10) Deputy Costello — the need for preventative measures to ensure developers do not frustrate the master plan of the Dublin Docklands Development Authority.

The matters raised by Deputies Ring, Cowley and Cooper-Flynn, Crawford, and Jim O'Keeffe have been selected for discussion.
