I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Gay Mitchell — to discuss the matter of a person (details supplied) not funded under a FÁS employment scheme; (2) Deputy Ring — the number of applicants that have been approved the home care package in each county in the HSE west region since 1 January 2006; (3) Deputy Olivia Mitchell — the future of the Children's Hospital at Tallaght; (4) Deputy Stanton — that the Health Service Executive take over the operation of the Cobh General Hospital in County Cork; (5) Deputy Fiona O'Malley — the Irish Study of Sexual Health and Relationships; (6) Deputy Joe Higgins — concern over Garda behaviour at Bellanaboy, County Mayo including the videotaping of Oireachtas Members holding a press conference-meeting; (7) Deputy Cowley — the concern over Garda behaviour at Bellanaboy, County Mayo including the visual recording of Oireachtas Members holding a press conference; and (8) Deputies Shortall, Broughan and Sean Ryan — the serious consequences of the attempted take over of Aer Lingus by Ryanair.

The matters raised by Deputies Stanton, Fiona O'Malley and Deputies Shortall, Broughan and Ryan have been selected for discussion.
