I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Kirk — the indicative time scale for the Office of Public Works plans on decentralisation to Drogheda, County Louth; (2) Deputy Naughten — the need for the Minister to outline her plans for the future utilisation of lands previously used to grow sugar beet and the procedures to distribute the sugar compensation package; (3) Deputy Ferris — the possibility that the promised community hospital at Tralee will not go ahead in 2006 despite assurances from the Health Service Executive; (4) Deputy O'Dowd — that the Minister outline the action he intends to take to tackle rising crime in Drogheda, Ardee and Dundalk; (5) Deputy Crawford — that adequate and equal funding be provided for the Health Service Executive in the north-eastern region on a per capita basis; (6) Deputy Cowley — that the Minister reconsider her stance on the provision of free health care for women who are severely affected with hepatitis C; (7) Deputy Harkin — to discuss the situation regarding the funding crisis experienced by frontline services responding to violence against women in Sligo-Leitrim; (8) Deputy Cooper-Flynn — the reason for the proposal by the Reception and Integration Agency to reclassify the accommodation centre at Kiltimagh, County Mayo, from family to single person accommodation; (9) Deputy Curran — that the Minister offer every assistance to a person (details supplied) to have their two children returned to them from Australia; (10) Deputy Ring — the position on a project (details supplied) in County Mayo; and (11) Deputy Healy — the need to fund rape crisis centres and women's refuges properly and remove the funding cap on these services.

The matters raised by Deputies Ferris, Crawford, Kirk and Ring have been selected for discussion.
