I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy O'Sullivan — the need for the Minister to restore home tuition grants to children with autism who are attending school; (2) Deputy Lynch — to ask the Minister the reason grant aid funding has been withdrawn from Feis Maitiú, Cork; (3) Deputy Pat Breen — the need to subsidise the operations of Iarnród Éireann between Ennis and Galway and subsequent routes on the western rail corridor; (4) Deputy Deenihan — the Minister's plans in light of the closure of Glen Dimplex factory in Tralee, County Kerry, resulting in the loss of 70 jobs; (5) Deputy Naughten — the date the Minister became aware of the contents of the report by the Food Safety Authority of Ireland into the mislabelling of imported food products; (6) Deputy Gilmore — that the OPW stop work on the erection of a new telecommunications mast at Shankill Garda station, County Dublin; (7) Deputy Allen — the funding of the new airport terminal at Cork Airport; (8) Deputy Sherlock — the need for the Minister to confirm whether beet growers and the Irish sugar industry will be liable for a €25 million restructuring levy in 2006; (9) Deputy Finian McGrath — the Stardust fire tragedy in Artane on St. Valentine's Day, February 1981, and the urgent need for a fresh inquiry; (10) Deputy Peter Power — the reasons a custom-built, modern six-unit residential facility (details supplied) in County Limerick has not been fully opened; (11) Deputy Ring — the action the Taoiseach will take if the McCain-Kennedy Bill is not successful and if it does not get passed on Committee Stage; (12) Deputy Neville — Adare sewerage scheme; and (13) Deputy Connaughton — the matter of the undocumented Irish emigrants in the USA who can see no great advancement in their cases being solved in the immediate future by the US authorities, and to ask the Taoiseach and the Minister for Foreign Affairs to make a special case to President Bush at the St. Patrick's Day ceremony to expedite the Kennedy-McCain proposals, currently before Congress, which will greatly help the Irish emigrants.
