Suspension of Members: Expressions of Regret.

I have received from Deputy Allen a written expression of regret for his conduct in the House on Tuesday, 22 November which led to his suspension.
In the circumstances of the case I approve of the expression of regret. Under Standing Orders the House may if it wishes discharge the order of suspension. Is that agreed? Agreed.
