I move:

That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, it be an instruction to the committee to which the Railway Safety Bill 2001 may be recommitted, that it has power to make provision in the Bill to provide for further offences by persons working on railways, to provide for offences and other matters relating to the conduct of persons on railways, to provide for matters relating to Córas Iompair Éireann, and for that purpose to amend the Transport Act 1950 and other enactments relating to Córas Iompair Éireann, to provide for matters relating to light railways and metro, and for that purpose to amend the Transport (Railway Infrastructure) Act 2001.

Question put and agreed to.
