I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy O'Dowd — the impending closure of the special educational facility for autistic children at Marymount national school, County Louth; (2) Deputy Healy — the need for the Minister to establish a jobs task force to ensure that Carrick-on-Suir gets its fair share of investment and job creation; (3) Deputy Cuffe — the need for the Minister to address the difficulties facing small food producers, particularly those of a regulatory nature; (4) Deputy Burton — the continuing failure to make arrangements for the reopening of the National Aquatic Centre in Dublin 15; (5)Deputy Keaveney — the need for the Minister to discuss the possibility of introducing the stingray system into the Republic for the detection of motor tax offences; and (6) Deputy Deenihan — the lack of progress in reopening the National Aquatic Centre which has been closed since 1 January.

The matters raised by Deputies Burton, Deenihan, Healy and O'Dowd have been selected for discussion.
