I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to discuss the urgent need to proceed with the promised rebuilding of Scoil Eoin, Tralee, where more than 50% of pupils are housed in prefabricated buildings in which mechanical and electrical services, mainstream classrooms, special education classrooms and the energy rating of the school fail to comply with standards and regulations, and the fact that when representatives of the school met with the former Minister for Education and Science, Deputy Mary Hanafin, last February she told them not to be concerned with the delay on being moved to the design stage as the school was still recognised a very high priority.
