I seek the adjournment of the Dáil to discuss the following matter, namely, the MacEntee report and the other reports on collusion, in particular, the systematic failures and cover-up by the Garda Síochána and successive Governments who chose not to respond appropriately to acts of violence undertaken by the British State surrogates in the Twenty-six Counties; the need for the Garda Commissioner and the various Ministers for Justice of that period to apologise unreservedly and account to the families of the victims and to this House for their actions, given that it must be concluded from the report that gardaí scuppered any possibility of justice for the victims and their families; as well as the need for full disclosure on chapter 11 of the report.
