Requests to move Adjournment of Dáil under Standing Order 31
10:30 am
Joe Costello (Dublin Central, Labour)
I seek the adjournment of the Dáil to discuss a matter of national importance, namely, the final report of the commission of investigations into the Dublin and Monaghan bombings in 1974 by Mr. Paddy MacEntee SC, with a view to putting in place statutory procedures to ensure that key Garda files do not go missing in the future; and that further measures are put in place to ensure that no stone is left unturned to secure justice for the forgotten victims of the Dublin and Monaghan bombings.
