I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to raise a matter of national importance, namely, the urgent need for the Minister for Health and Children to carry out an immediate investigation as to why certain individuals who formerly had responsibility for inspections at the disgraced Leas Cross Nursing Home are now contracted by the HSE to provide a private nursing home inspection service.
